I have a simple query on family property demarcation. Our family
consists of my father-mother-1 younger sister and me. My father
recently bought a 5 decimal (3 Katha) land and wants to register it by
my mother's name. Note that, this is the only property of our family.
My question is, in absence of my parents how the land will be divided
between me and my sister? To maintain the brother-sister demarcation
ratio, do I need to register it by my father's name?

Answer 1: whether mother or father's property, property distribution between brother and sister ratio is 2:1 that means double of sister's property
