Hi, my name is polash khan. . .but in my birth certificate The name is Tabibur Rahman khan(polash).and in my educational certificates the name is same as birth certificate but "polash" is missed here. . .in other papers my name is polash khan..now i want to change my name into polash khan legally ..i will apper in the ssc. Exam this year i want to change my name now for preventing further problem . . Is it possible? If,how?

First you have to get an affidavit of correction/change of name attested by first class magistrate and then have to publish in a well known newspaper. Then with that affidavit correct your name in your birth certificate and then you have to give an application to your school for correcting your name. If you have already filled up all forms of the education board then you have to apply to the board too for correcting the name.
