If anyone break the condition of " Aposh Nama"

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Recently a "Mohorana" case has been mutual by "Aposh Nama". Bibadi paying the money by monthly installment to the court. And there is a condition in the aposh nama that is "Badi" will withdraw the Dowry case against "Bibadi" as their own responsibilities. but "Badi" didn't withdraw the case still now. They are telling after getting the full payment they will withdraw the Case which has not been mentioned in the Aposh Nama. So the lawyer of "Bibadi" tell to the court about it that "Badi" is telling this kind of word that they will not withdraw the case after getting the full amount. After hearing of this, Honorable court issued a show cause notice against " Badi".. so in this situation what could be happened in next? Can "Badi" make harassment against "Bibadi" ? Here "Bibadi" already maintaining there rules / conditions as APOSH NAMA.
Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

You better submit the aposh-nama in the court where the dowry (joutuk) case has been filed. Present family court only can give order to plaintiff (badi) to maintain the aposh-nama or cancel it.

    Thanks.
