Dear sir,Few days ago being asked by narcotics department people in my locality I was a witness of an incident, where they caught one woman with one kg of marijuana. After releasing on bail that lady complain end to the ward councillor against me that I tortured her and looted 150000 tk,which is a conspiracy. But the councillor issued a shalishi notice to me.Not only this without judgment, he also uploaded this complain in his Facebook. My question is can I sue against the councillor using ICT act Or law of defame.
