general diary.

i want to do a general diary against someone,but i dont want let him/her know about the g.d.and also i dont want to take any action based on this g.d.does it possible.or what i shoud do.thanks

    It is possible and you have to talk about the matter to the concern inspector of the police station near your area or where the occurrence happened.
