Full Name Changed

Hello,
My name is MD. Rubel Islam. I want to change my full name from
"MD. RUBEL ISLAM" to "MD. Tanjil Hossain" in my SSC

    Dear

    Your father or mother have to make an affidavit regarding changing you full name. After that you have to publish it in a reputed news paper. Then you have to collect application form from Education Board of SSC. After filling up the document you have to submit it to the board along with affidavit and news paper cutting.
