   Dear

   The instruments you will be needed for marriage in Bangladesh are:

   1. passport

   2. Unmarried Certificate/ affidavit of declaring that you are unmarried.

   3. photos

   4. Witnesses at least two male and in case of marriage under special marriage act three witnesses.

   Procedure of marriage:

   ***if you both are Muslims then contact any lawyer or kazi for registering marriage.

   *** if you both are from different religion then your marriage will be registered under Special Marriage Act and you have to file an application to the marriage register for such marriage with above mentioned documents.

   I would like to ask if is possible to make registry if man is bangladeshi and woman is from europe and they are married in europe if is it possible to registry this marriage in Bangladesh and what kind of documents need.
