My husband have mother and a sister. His father had dead. My father in law left lots of cash tk, lots of shares and lots of land in his name.everything was my mother in laws hand.After father in laws deathh my mother in low buy a flat in her name by the cash tk without knowing anybody. Now the question is-
1. Is my husband have any right on father in laws cash tk and shares?
2. Was that legal to buy flat in his name without knowing anybody? ans Can my husband take legal action against it?
3.Can my husband take legal action to get his portion in his father wealth?

2. How the mother got the cash? if the amount was in bank then how does she collected the money? get the information from the bank. If she has taken the money illegally then you can take legal action against her and if she has taken only her part of money then you can claim for rest of the money.
