Assalamu Alaikum.
My friend want to divorce her wife, if he send her divorce notice he predict that his wife will not receive that divorce notice. now wants to know what will he do and how he can divorce her wife under bangladesh law.

There are legal procedures for divorce. The divorce notice must be send to wife and to the chairman where wife reside. Post must be done through govt. post and with return. So that even if wife doesn't receive notice then it will return to you and the date chairman will receive the document from that day to next 3 months divorce will be completed.
