Near four years we have got married. Now we have a daughter. But our understanding is not good. We want devorse. What type of procedures need to complete this fact. Yet I didn't receive marriage registration certificate. From where I get it?

Dear
you can divorce mutually or by sending divorce notice to your wife through Kazi and if you need legal support and protection from future trouble then you can consult with a lawyer.
You can collect the marriage certificate from the kazi who registered your marriage and if your marriage is not registered then you have to go to court to take divorce.
