   Q. if a marriage can legally be performed by the groom himself acting as Kazi who is a foreigner and who already has a wife abroad?

   Ans. NO.

   Q. Can such a marriage be registered in bangladesh and be considered legal in the uk?

   Ans: You can register the marriage in Bangladesh and that's acceptable as valid and legal document in any other country.
