My father-in-law had died two years ago leaving a significant mount of Stock Share without leaving a will. There are seven legal hairs (three brothers and four sisters) of the deceased person.
I have every reason to suspect that my elder brother-in-law has already released the asset by obtaining a succession certification from a civil court and kept silent about it. He has not distributed the asset among the other hairs yet. Nor he has cleared the matter to his siblings either. He gives unclear or deceitful answers whenever asked questions about the matter.
Under the circumstances, how my wife, one of the hairs, can claim her portion of the asset aforesaid?
Looking forward to your reply.
With best regards.

For a Succession Certificate
It is said before me by Klera Quia daughter of late Alfred Quia of Aozbalia village inhabitants of police station Sudharam under Noakhali district. Her father Mr. Alfred Quia was follower of Christian. Her father had three sons consecutively flevian Quia, Saimon Quia, and Jacob Quia, four daughters consecutively Klera Quia, Theresa Quia, Selin Quia, Anas Thesia Quia. When Alfred Quia was alive his two daughters Theresa and Selin Quia converted to Islam and marriage themselves with Muslims. Alfred Quia was died in 3rd March, 1985 and his wife was died in 27th July in the same year. Two daughters Klera Quia and Anas Thesia Quia converted to Islam after death of their father. Klera Quia has mentioned that she has known from her brother Flevian Quia father Alfred Quia declared two daughters deprived from wealth because they converted to Islam.
According to above mentioned circumstances that, Klera Quia wanted to know about the law of inheritance about her daughter therasa Quia and Selin Quia, because they converted to Islam in the alive of her father and father declared them deprived and Klera Quia and Anas Thesia Quia has converted to Islam after the death of her father what will be their law of inheritance.
