For Example: I gave 25000 taka to someone and make signature on blank page with 1 witness. Some yeas later can that person claim that money from me?. Is there any value of agreement on white paper not stamp? Thank u.

There is no value of blank page signature if it i s not properly executed but if they have proper evidence and witnesses then they can sue against you.
