RS Khatian understanding

In first page of rs khatian i get the sum (hissa) what they are getting. In second page i get northern side possessor name. How can I understand the sum

    There are two pages is RS khatian. In the first page see the first colum where  you will find possessors name and in the 2nd column you will find their part (ongsho/hissha) in the land.

    Do not hesitate for further assistance.
