My question is recently my father has past away.he had some property,cash & business entity.how these will be distribute among us?we have six bro & two sis.my mother & grand mother are alive.does my grand mother get any part in my father's asset?ur reply will help me alot.thanks in advance.

Wife of the Dead person: 1/8 that is 45/360
Sons and daughters will get residue and son will get double of the daughter:
Each Son of the Dead Person: 34/360
Each Daughter of the Dead Person: 17/360
