procedure of court marriage for Hindu couples

Hello,I am SM, I am planning on getting married,but I do not know the procedure of court marriage. I have seen in your web site about the the procedure of muslim court marriage. But i require information about the procedure of hindu court marriage.Please let me know of the procedure.

    Actually there are no such procedure or marriage related laws for Hindu court marriage. An Act on Hindu Marriage has been passed in 2012 but the law is not enforced yet. 
     
    Besides all above, there is legal practice that Hindu couples may do declare their marriage through affidavit and must be notarized. This affidavit and notary procedure is some times called court marriage.
     
    According to Hindu religion Hindu marriage is a sacrament. So marriage ceremony of Hindu couple is done in a temple and for legal document the couple can declare their marriage through Affidavit.

      Hello I am Bappy and I am planning to getting married. Actually I wan to getting registry at this moment and at a convenience future time I will full filled the religious bindings and ritual. So I want to know is this possible or not and if possible than what are the procedures???
