A multipurpose cooperative man cheated me by taking my closed account blank cheque with my signature on it and dishonoring it filed a NI act case against me claiming tk-500000/- saying that he would give a loan of tk-50,000/-. Can't I get acquitted of punishment. It's true that I am not guilty.
