i wants to correct my fathers name spelling and change my mothers name for all of my educational certificates (SSC, HSC, Hons, Masters). Is it possible and how to do it?

    This is possible. You have to swear an affidavit attested by first class magistrate. Then publish such changes in a newspaper. And collect the paper and also get correction forms from education board. Submit all documents mentioned in the form.
