Hi I m ahad,my mother name is anowara khatun in her national id but in my certificate her name is anowara rahman.I wanted to change her name for that should I aslo make affidivit?????

If you want to correct your mother's name in your certificate then you just have to give an application to the education board with your mother's NID mentioning mistake in your mother's name. You don't need affidavit as because your mother already got the NID with right name.
