I want marry someone whose age is 19 years but her birth certificate shows 17 years.at this moment she is beeing forced to marry one of her cousin. She is unable to stop this ceremony. Now we decided to marry ourselves. One more thing my certificate age is 24. Now what can i do at this moment? I need to be consult.

You need to prove that the girl's original age is 19 through birth certificate, hsc/hsc certificate, national id card or passport. if you cant prove through the certificate then she must declare her age by affidavit that she is actually 19. and when you get married also have to arrange marriage affidavit and also registration of such marriage. and you both can file GD explaining the present situation and that the parents can file false case against you. that's is how you can protect yourself.
