I used to do job in a limited company. The policy of the company is not suitable for me. I have been serving for 1.5 years. The reasons I have resigned from the job as follows:
Irregular salary and no bonus
Completion of my assigned project
Vulnerable job environment, dissatisfaction reached to mental torture.
Illegal company policies
Personal issues.
I have resigned from the job due to several issues. But MD is not giving me release letter and became hostile against me. I reminded him several times by email to fix those issues but he remained silent. But when I resigned he did not give me clearance letter and salary. Also my bonus is pending. I need acceptance of my resignation, because I need the release letter badly for joining in other company.
I have every evidences and reasons to leave the job from employee end. I have handed over all required documents/laptop and was committed by the office to give me clearance letter and pending payment. But they are not keeping the commitment. They put me in a hanging situation illogically and illegally.
How can I get legal support regarding the issues. Why employer will not give me release letter and my pending payment though I have every reason to resign from the job and they have committed too .
I think you got a brief picture of the situation. If I face any harm/lose by this act of the company, can I get legal support for compensate me. I have got evidences about every reason I explained against the employer. The violation of rules.
Please advise.

You have to file suit against the company in the Labour Court for your right.
