I dishonored some bank checks four years ago. I got those checks from someone but when I went to bank to draw those checks, bank did not take those checks due to insufficient balance of that account. But I did not take any legal action on that time. so is it possible to take legal action through criminal court at this moment ?

There are only two ways to take legal action for such old cheque:
1.Criminal Action: case under section-406/ Criminal Procedure Code
2. Money Suit.
