    Dear

According to Bangladeshi law, Muslim marriage must be registered. Marriage through affidavit has no legal value. Court marriage does not mean marriage through affidavit. It's a bad practice and it has no legal validity in Bangladesh. In your case, if you do not want to use 'married' as your marital status then there is no legal problem.

    Thanks.

If I use married as marital status, is there have any problem because I know that I have no document without the Affidavit paper. As for govt. job in police verification matter which is correct for me?
    Thank you again

  3. Dear Robin

You better use unmarried as because your marriage was not completed and you don't have any legal papers(Kabin-nama) of marriage.
