i had completed my jsc , ssc, hsc and now going for admission in university.my name in all those certificates were md mamun haowlader. i want to change my last title which is haowlader. so plz give me the easiest and legal way to do it.

To change your name yo need an affidavit and coolect forms from education board there you will find all other instruction of submitting papers. after you complete affidavit by first class magistrate you have to publish an advertise in popular newspaper mentioning changing name. With all papers and filling up the forms you have to submit to the education board. They will call you for an interview and can accept the changed name. Thats the procedure. For affidavit it may take 2 days atleast if you do through our law chamber and official procedure in education boar you have to do by yourself as its no legal issue and may take time.
