i want to change my name and my birth year of my ssc,hsc,graduation and post graduation certificates. my name is shallauddin in my certificates which is my only name so i face some problem cause many of job requratement forms requare frst and last name .and my birth year should be 1990 but it is 1988 so plz tell me how can i change those.

You can change name but can not change birth year if there is no proper evidence of date of birth change evidence. To change name you need an affidavit of first class magistrate and an advertise mentioning such change in any popular newspaper. Then collect applications from concerned documents offices like for certficates go to education board and submit all documents according to the instruction mentioned in the application.
