I would appreciate if you could provide me the details to know religion change in passport. I was Buddhist and married to a Muslim guy, and therefore converted my religion to Islam. Could you please inform me asap how I will change the religion in passport, what documents are needed. And I haven't changed my name. Can I attach my kabin nama as a proof of my marriage?

Dear
You have to make an affidavit swearing changing your religion and then publish a small add in a newspaper. Collect correction form from Passport office and fill up and submit with affidavit and paper cutting and if other documents are required by them.
