   Ans: photo, passport, birth certificate or other educational document that proves she has attained age of 18 and unmarried certificate from her country. But without unmarried certificate you can proceed for marriage but then she has to swear an affidavit that she is unmarried. And then notary the affidavit. It will be necessary for immigration. Without unmarried certificate marriage can be done.

   - What are the documents required by the Bangladeshi citizen (Male/Groom)?

   Ans: photo, passport/ national idcard, birth certificate or educational document that proves you have attained age of marriage that is 21.

   You will also be needed to bring two male witness or in case of female witness then instead of one male you have to bring two female.And you also have to bring one person(one male/female) to be your legal Father (ukilbaba) .
