My original name is Anik Singh, father's name is Kalipada Singh and mother's name is Lucy singh but academically my name is S.Anik, father's name K.P Singh and mother's name Lucy in SSC (Vocational board) certificate and HSC (Sylhet board) certificate so how can I change or fix or go back to my original name, father's name, mother's name and birth date on legal way.
my ssc passing year was 2010
hsc passing year 2012

You have to make an an affidavit of such mistakes in names before the first class magistrate. and then you have to publish an advertise on a well known newspaper. And you also have to collects forms from concerned board and offices if you have passport and NID. You have to submit the affidavit and paper cutting with such forms and submit it to concerned board and offices.
