Take my regards. I need some advice on a case was filed against me.

My wife left me with my 15 months aged son about 8 months ago. Mean while me and my family tried a lots to bring her back. I gave her a lots of money, bought lands on her name… etc etc. Her family took over 25 lacs Taka cash on different times showing lots excuses. Since she went to her parents house on January 2015, she denied to come back and start treating me If i dont give her divorce she will commit suicide. I have voice recording and some proves. Finally when she didnt come, I sent her divorce notice on 02/09/15. In the mean time her family did change my Kabin nama (Date of marriage and Den mohors amount) . I filed a case agianst kabinname on november 1st week. After sending her divorce notice on 02/09/15, about 2.5 months after on 23 november she filed a Dowry case of 10lacs against me . On 29th Nov 15 she filed another case against KAbin nama but the honorable court didnt accept the 2nd case (Kabinnama).

On last 2nd december the 90 days has passed and i got talaknama from kazi.
I have bank statements and others documents that how she cheated me. In this circumstance if I face Court on 27th December will i get Bail?
