Dear Sir / Madam,

With due respect to you that , one of my relative did marry and the duration of his marriage is only 15 days. His (Husband's) wife has gone to her (wife) father own home willingly from her office with out any reason. But she had suppose to came back to her husband home after 2 days but sorry to say she didn't come back to her husband's home and informed to her husband that she will not come back any more and she also decided that she will not continue her relation with her husband. After that her husband tried to bring back her wife cordially but his wife disallowed him and disconnected the all communication with her husband . But the husband couldn't find out the actual reason why his wife and wife's family members are doing this kind of attitude with him. When the husband failed to bring back his wife after lot of trying , then the husband sent his guardian's to his wives home to bring back her …but her wife and her family members said that she will not go to her husband home…. after that husband tried to solve this problem by a sitting arrangement of both side family members appearance but the wives family member they didn't agree for this sitting and they ignore this sitting arrangement.. then husband made a case file of " Shomporka Punaruddhar" in the Family court… but sorry to say after getting the "Shaman" (Notice), the wife made a false dowry case against her husband for harassment and gave divorce to her husband and also filed a case of "Mohorana" with in a 7/8 days. now husband got the permanent bail and the dowry case has been stayed in the Honorable High court… but after knowing the stay order of Honorable High Court the wife's family member they are threading if husband didn't give the mohorana then they will cancel the permanent bail of husband …….But the Ques. is that

(1) for "Mohorana" purpose the wife's already filed a case, so after that why her (wife's) family members threading about this subject where the case is running …. …

(2)So in this situation what should to do of the husband…?
(3)how could he stay in safe side …?
