1. If wife file false dower case against me after divorce then how can I prove me that I have no guilty. In this situation if my neighbor where I live with my wife past year, give deponent in favor of me at court that I have no guilty, will I escape from this? If not how can I prove me?

Dear
Please consult to a lawyer with case papers and your divorce paper. There are new rules for dowry case. Dower (denmohor) and dowry (joutuk) are different. Please check what type of case is that. Actually your wife must have to prove the allegation she brought against you. And later you can protest that with evidence and witnesses.
If they didnt file case yet then file a GD in nearest thana mentioning the wife's family is threatening that they will file false case against you and also mention when your wife left home and if there is other situations.
