I am a doctor.i live in sylhet.l m doing job in a ngo as medical officer.when i start job in joining letter they mentioned my job description as follows 1.have to work as outdoor medical officer from 9to2(5hours) 2.have to go sattelite visit 1-2days 3.friday and other government holiday is holiday. Now they want me to job from10 to 4 as outdoor medical officer.and i have to do indoor duty minimum 8 hours per shift including evening and night.and when i told them i cant do evening and night they asked me to quit or do job as they said.now my question is this legal?if not where i can ask justice?plz give some address in sylhet.thank you.
