    Court marriage is like the general marriage procedure but when your parents are not agreed in marriage but both the bride and the groom are adult and fulfill conditions of marriage then for avoiding future legal issues the parties can go to court and swear affidavit and also register the marriage through Kazi. Only affidavit will not complete the marriage so one must remember that a marriage must be register.
