my NID card has my name spelled as Sa''''''ad when in should be Sa'ad. Also, both my parent's name has been misspelled. Can anyone please let me know about the procedure involved in making these corrections and the fees I would have to pay?

National Id Wing, Islamic Foundation Bhaban, Agargaon, Dhaka.
You can collect from from there for name correction and all other information you can get from the form. You can also check their site: http://www.nidw.gov.bd/
