I'm not divorced. My wife isn't allowing me to see my daughter who is just nine month old. She'll not give me divorce nor she will continue. Is she has the right not allowing me to see my child. what is the actual rights to see my daughter. when i ask them to see my daughter they threat me to file case in court as dowry or woman physically torture.
