I have recently divorced my wife; just 90 days passed. It's been a month my x wife is not allowing me to contact my daughter. She is 3 years old. My x wife is not keeping my daughter in a healthy environment where she can grow like any other normal kids. My daughter born in the UK in 2013. I am planning to get migrated in Canada in few months time.I have been trying to contact my daughter everyday but my x wife and her family has been very much harsh and unreadable to wards me. She has captivated passport and all my foreign certificats too. I would like to know the steps and process of child custody as per the Bangladesh child custody law. Your valuable advise will be very much appreciated.

Do your ex wife and child live in Bangladesh then you have to appy to the family court of Bangladesh to get custody of your child and to get such you have to prove your wife unable to give the child proper environment? Considering the child's welfare court will decide the matter. You also have to apply for visitation right with the same application.
If your wife has hold your certificates and other necessary documents with her you can complain to the police station to recover such.
