i have a child of 6 month(female).And now i want separation with my husband.in that case how can i get the custody of my child.here it is 2 mentioned that i am not a job holder and my parents is also no more.

if the child is already with you then you have to claim maintenance of the child in the family court. if the child is not with you then you have to file suit for both child custody and maintenance in the family court.
