I am a university student. My father name is ***** Uddin and mother name is CHANBANU.
But my current mother name is Kulsum AKhter in my ssc, hsc certificates. I would like to change my mother name into CHANBANU. Is it possible?
If I do what will happen to all of my parents documents. eg.National ID, Birth Certificates?

First you have to swear an affidavit attested by first class magistrate. And then you have to collect all forms from education bord and for NID and Passport you have to collect form from concerned offices. And also have to publish in newspaper of name change. With affidavit and paper advertise you have to issue forms to the concerned offices for further proceeding.
Our law chamber does only affidavit part and will instruct you for further procedure. For affidavit it will take 2 days. But other official procedures are lenghty.
