Change my certificate name

I want to change my SSC and HSC certificate name. In my certificate have (RAJU AHMED) but i want to cannge it to (MUHAMMAD RAZU AHMED) Now im in Malaysia,what can i do now? Can i change it by still living in Malaysia?

    Yes you can change by giving power of attorney to anyone.
