Dear Madam,
My in laws have filed a false 304b case on me and now asking money for compromise and settlement. If I give them money and compromise they will come to court and say that I have not demanded dowry and I will be acquitted.
after acquitting can I file case against them for false dowry death case?
As they would have changed the stance in court will my case stands against them for mere false complaint lodged by them on me?

After compromising decree you cannot file case for the same matter. But if you fight the case they filed and if you won then you can file a case for false complaint and harassment.

Thank you madam,
But have one more querry,
The compromise what I said is an outside the court matter. as this 304b case is non compoundable so we cannot have settlement in the court. but when they change their stance in the court by saying I have not demanded the dowry and in the FIR and charge sheet they have told I have demanded the dowry.
It shows that they have filed a false complaint and FIR, so cant we file any case on my in laws for making us suffer mentally and financially for no mistake?

In the court your in laws cannot say directly that you did not claim dowry but they may tell there was misunderstanding between you and them, then the court may accept such and dismiss the case and for the same matter you cannot file case against them. You may file case for separate matter. There is no options for revenge in law actually. If you are not guilty for dowry then you better fight the case and prove yourself.

Dear Madam,
Thank you for your response, but how can I prove myself innocent when court blindly believe their raw lie and wont trust our words and dont have any recorded tape or written evidence to prove myself innocent.
Knowing all this my inlaws blackmailing us for money.
But how can I let them get away easily by spoiling my life for no mistake.
Is there any option to drag them in any cases?
Have heard that can file 511 & 211 IPC will it help?
Please advice!!!!!!

Dear,
Is there a single legal ground for filing a case against your in laws?If "No" then your case will not be taken into consideration. You just can't file a case against your in laws under IPC. You may succeed filing a case somehow but you won't be able to proceed further if you cannot prove your case. Consult with a good lawyer from your area so that you can get proper help for your present case.

A very Goodeveninmg Madam,
Just inform you in simple sentence.My younger brother wife has expired after burning and she has told in video before going to hospital the burns her self and our family is innocent.Complaint has agianst of my family members(498a,326,406,307,3/4 dps,304,302) just father,mother, two elder brother's,married sister and husband.District court has rejected the bell of my father and mother after seeing video and judge told it is not 302 but case has stay on 304B.after 3 months we are ready for compromise with party.He is ready for compromise.My elder brother in jail from 72 days and also his bell has rejected.the party will go to court on 24th august for saying to judge it is not for dowry.but one thind Investigation Report has not so good beacause police has taken money from party and mention wrong thing.
just ask to you it will compromise after investigation report will bad.Please help me,because I ma suffering undertention from lond days.
