Assalamu Alaikum.
A Female married about 3 Month. Her husband (Unknown Husband)have taken their marriage certificate but not show to concern female. Sometimes he comes to wife but Kabin Nama not show to female.Even Registered Kazi has no a permanent Kazi Office.
1. Now is Female concern collect another Kabin Nama and how?
2. What may do by Female Concern?

She have to collect the kabin-nama from the kazi who solemnized the marriage. If you don't find the kazi then you may try search kazi offices at the area where marriage registration was done.
